Kenji, twenty something, is a Japanese 'nightlife' guide for foreigners, touring them around Tokyo's sex clubs and hostess bars. Guiding an American named Frank, Kenji wonders if his strange, plastic-skinned boss could be responsible for some of the gruesome events recently reported in the news.
